Magnets and Mothers

A teacher gave her class of second-graders a lesson about the magnet and what it does. The next day, in a written test, she included this question: "My name has six letters. The first one is m. I pick up things. What am I?" When the test papers were turned in, the teacher was astonished to find that almost 50 percent of the students answered the question with the word mother.

Yes, mothers do pick up things. But they are much more than "magnets,", gathering up clothes and picking up toys around the house. As willing as many mothers are to do such chores, they have higher calling than that.

A good mother loves her family and provides an atmosphere where each member can find acceptance, security, and understanding. She is there when the children need a listening ear, a comforting word, a warm hug, or a loving touch on a fevered blow. And for the Christian mother, her greatest joy is in teaching her children to trust and to love Jesus as their Savior.

That kind of mother deserves to be honored-not just one special day a year but every day. And that recognition should involve more than words; it ought to be shown in respect, thoughtfulness, and loving deeds---Richard De Haan

Of all the earthly things God gives,
There's one above all others:
It is the precious, priceless gift
Of loving Christian mothers-Anon.

Study trip to Bangkok 2012

Well this is my 2nd time travel with group of course/classmates. My first time was in my final year of secondary school, we went to Sabah, that was three years ago! Gosh time flies!

Bangkok is a shopping heaven, the stuffs there are real cheap! I enjoy shopping in Pasar Malam so much! And the local foods is cheap and tasty too :D
I called this "Foreigners' street", almost 70% of peoples here are white!
I didn't try that, yes Im chicken :(

However our main purpose of going there is to know more about Thailand's constitution law and their system. IT IS A STUDY TRIP. We visited the international law firm, the constitutional court, the national university's law faculty.
Court of Appeal.
Constitutional Court. WOW super big

However the main highlight of the trip for me is visited the heritage and ancient street. THE BEST. I'm a building's and cultural lover :)

Seriously how did they build this thing?
Wiressssssssssss.

Palace, i wish i can live here just for one day!

It was really fun and im feel so grateful that God blessed me so much. I don't deserve this at all but yet he love me and granted me this precious chance to enjoy, and to explore the world. This trip ain't free though, we paid 1.65k just for 3 night. But it's really worthy because we ate well, slept well, learned well and played well!

I will to go Bangkok again for sure, i want to go with my dance crew, because i don't have the opportunity to go clubbing this time. And my dance crew club the most, because we all dancing kaki :P We'll have a chance again for sure.

To end with this, i wanna thank God that he sent nice friends/peoples for me. I had a great time travel with them. Holidays over. It's time prepare for Final exam!
